Student administration is an umbrella term for the data management of students, the documentation, as well as the administration of the study status. For this purpose, we offer extensive features to implement all processes in the study administration fully digitally:
- Students file management
- Re-registration as well as re-registration blocks
- De-registration: various de-registration processes
- Change of subjects e.g. change of degree program, change of major and minor
- application for withdrawal form enrollment
- Request for semester on leave
- Request of part-time studies

A self-service function enables students to take over parts of student administration such as address changes themselves.
The communication feature can be used to contact the student administration for administrative questions and also to contact students directly the other way around.
