In the application process, there are a number of special requests that can be made under certain conditions. These are, for example, cases of hardship and compensation for disadvantages, for each of which there is an extra feature.
Customizable online forms can be created for all special applications. These can be easily integrated into the application process. Digitizing the applications and recording them in standardized forms facilitates evaluation and review. In addition, appropriate applications can be easily forwarded digitally to reviewers for inspection. The application forms can be supplemented with rules for mandatory documents that must be uploaded as PDFs.
