The form for submitting an application in this category is integrated into the subject and position-specific application form. After selecting that an application for this category is to be submitted, further subcategories will be displayed - to justify for the special admission category as well as the upload for verification documents.
To avoid possible increases in the number of applications, the form can also be enriched with information boxes that refer explicitly to the rules in simple language. By integrating the application for hardship cases into the application process in this way, prospective students in difficult situations can be helped to easily find the appropriate application category.
Applications in this category are shown highlighted in a separated list for special admissions and can be processed quickly. Confirmed applications are assigned to the appropriate quota so that direct admission can be made.
