Description:

After an application has been successfully submitted, it usually goes through a selection process. Before an application goes through the often time-consuming evaluation process, the system helps to automatically sort out incomplete or formally insufficient applications. By means of defined rules and admission requirements, the applications can be filtered automatically in this respect. Information such as prioritization of multiple or parallel applications can also be taken into account.

Some application processes require a multi-stage selection procedure, for example the evaluation of applications by different reviewers. Accordingly, the selection process can be determined as desired. Applications can be submitted digitally as PDF files to any number of people for review. "Smart Forms" enable collaboration amongst reviewers as well as with administrative staff and always ensure transparent communication at all levels.

The extensive list function allows applications to be sorted according to any criteria. Thus, ranking lists can be created according to individual categories, categories can be viewed in different ways, and applications can be filtered and sorted into groups as desired.

The application selection process is followed by the admission process.
