Mobile equipment management

In addition to the permanently integrated equipment features in rooms, there can be mobile equipment items that can be booked in addition to a room. For this purpose, an equipment database can supplement the room database.

The booking of such a mobile equipment item works in the same way as the room booking. After selecting a room, a filter function can search for suitable criteria by specifying a desired supplementary booking of further equipment features.

There are also calendar views for the mobile equipment features in which their availability is stored, thus avoiding double bookings.

Equipment items can be restricted to specific rooms or buildings so that they are only available for selection in these.
