Description:

Enrolment is the process of officially becoming a student at an institution. Despite open enrolments, you can only enrol after successfully completing the institutions application process and holding an acceptance offer. This feature is designed to smoothly guide students through the enrolment process and minimize administration.

The whole enrolment process is fully digitalized and can be accesses in the application portal after receiving an unconditional offer. Usually this consists out of double checking personal data and contact details, uploading documents such as ID, visa, insurance and receipt of paid fees or funding/scholarship letters.

It is also possible to set up personal enrolment meetings instead of a fully digital process.

By defining enrollment criteria and seting up rules, the status of enrollment can be automatically determined. If documents are pending, for example if international students are waiting for a student visa, they can be "temporarily enrolled" and if requirements are not met in given deadlines, the status will show "not enrolled".
