Lecturers without a permanent position at a university receive a fee for each teaching unit (45 minutes) provided. This feature creates automatic remuneration agreements for lecturers, supports them with the fee settlement and can also take into account and settle all types of additional services.
Details:
In the teaching file, the administration defines the hourly rate and the remuneration for lecturers. Based on the stored data, a remuneration agreement (= teaching contract) can be created fully automatically. Teaching assistants can download this as a PDF document at any time in the personal area of the user account.
The hours worked are automatically stored through the assignment to courses and examinations. Cancellation and alternative dates during the semester are also stored by linking them to the respective course. On the basis of this, lecturers receive an automatically generated list for the accounting period, which they must confirm by a certain deadline - or can make additions in case of deviations.
This results in a list for fee statements to trigger payment orders. The lecturers can download the statement as a PDF.
In addition, lecturers can submit applications for additional benefits, for example for excursions or travel expenses. If these are confirmed by the administration, they are automatically added to the statement.
