The program-specific fees are defined in the basic program settings. These can be the government semester fees as well as tuition fees at private universities.

It is also possible to define different fee groups here. For example, a different fee invoice can be automatically created for part-time or international students for one and the same course of study. Different fee models can also be defined for second degree studies, guest studies or long-term studies. These different roles of students are anchored in the system. Upon admission and at the beginning of re-registration, all students automatically receive the corresponding payment request according to their role.
In addition to the program-specific tuition fees, a general view for fees can also be configured. Here, all study program fees can be listed and adjusted centrally: If, for example, the fees for semester tickets change, it can be updated here. It is thus automatically updated in all forms of the specific study programs for which these fees apply.
