Alumni
Manage, network and inform alumniUsed by:
Description:
Alumni refers to former students, staff and teachers of a university. It is usually in the interest of both sides to remain connected. Alumni are sometimes essential sponsors of universities and, conversely, universities help alumni to network with each other. Just like this mutual interest, this feature is also aimed at both sides with helpful functions: On the one hand, the management and long-term retention of alumni at the university, and on the other hand, the provision of networking and information services.
Details:
The former can be implemented easily, after consent, by automatically transferring the already stored personal data to the alumni network. In order to network and inform alumni in the best possible way, filter functions help to cluster all existing alumni into any interest groups.
The latter are multiple possibilities such as newsletters, event offers, platforms and networking offers such as social media or research groups.
Under the motto Lifelong Learning, alumni can be closely linked to continuing education and, in addition to a continuing education newsletter, also receive discounts for continuing education offers. Further use of the library can also be requested and an extra alumni access can be set up for this purpose.
For career building, alumni can access the university's own job portal and not only find jobs here, but also add them themselves.
An additional tab for donations can be added to the function menu for alumni. This way, a donation can be added with just a few clicks.
An Alumni Story Gallery can showcase inspiring stories from alumni members. The visually appealing layout options offer great possibilities to make your university's alumni page individually appealing.
