Description:

Some PhD programs can require students to submit their curriculum plan of the upcoming year in advance for approval. In the „students curriculum plan form“, they can specify all courses, rotations or other forms of engagements. This will be digitally send to their responsible supervisors for approval.

Details:

To start with, all students will receive an automated e-mail to remind them to update their curriculum plan. The students curriculum plan form will be accessible in the personal account. In the form, all details of planned course and rotations can be given, as well as additional fields about the current track and route the student is on.

Once submitted, the responsible supervisor will receive an automated notification about a new curriculum plan form for approval. The supervisor can now review the form and comment if necessary.
The student will be notified of the completed review and can now see the comments if applicable.
