This feature covers:

Determination of pre-defined registration processes

Automated bookings

Waiting list function

Overlap check

Complex course systems such as rotating small groups

Determination of enrolment procedures according to specific rules

Description:

For each course, an enrolment/booking procedure can be defined. For example, free access, automatic enrolment of specific study groups or specific participation requirements can be chosen.

The selection of participants can be carried out automatically according to the enrolment procedure and thus select participants according to specified criteria in case of overbooking. Such criteria can be, for example, renewed participation attempts and waiting periods, or students in higher semesters who are still missing the course.

A waiting list function helps to allocate places that become free fully automatically to students next on the waiting list.

Course booking can also easily implement complex course systems, for example, taking into account prioritisation in the case of multiple date selections or recording rotating small group courses.
